Step 1:  To start with you can contact the team 01622 661883 ext 3 for a free 20 minute consultation where we can discuss your current fitness, your goals and how we can help you achieve this.
 
Step 2:  Arrange a functional assessment with us at Southcote Rehabilitation & Exercise Centre for us to determine how your body is currently performing.  The functional assessment includes:
  • Gait Analysis
  • Postural Analysis
  • Orthopaedic Assessments
  • Core Function Analysis
  • Nutritional Evaluation
  • Lifestyle Assessment
 
Step 3:  Decide how you want to train.  This system is flexible and can be used to suit all your needs and budget. 
 
Option 1. You can now use the system of Ptenhance and our expertise.  We can design you a programme for either home use or for the gym based on your assessment findings, be there to guide and motivate you, full use of the 2000 exercises that can be used on ptenhance,  online health appraisal questionnaires and email support.  
Option 2.  Or you can train with us at Southcote Exercise Centre.
 
Option 3.  Or you can train using a combination of both.  It really can be suited to you and your needs.
